Brilume™ works hard to ensure that all our products are made to High Quality stands & shipped on time and accurately.

 

After making a purchase, your order will have been put into production.

 

Order Modifications?

You cannot modify or cancel your order after its been shipped out. After 5-10 hours of your purchase, only shipping address can be modified. Therefore, please contact us ASAP!

 

When can I request a replacement item or return it?

We offer customers 30 days from the day they received their item to request a replacement or refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable in any case.

 

Damaged/Incorrect Products?

We guarantee to issue you a free replacement or return in the follow situations:

-You received a different sets from what you ordered

-You received a different product what you ordered

-You received damaged product

 

How do I return items?

After contacting our support team, they will instruct you for a replacement or refund.
